 RETURNS/REFUNDS PROCESSES

Weldbeast USA return policies dictate a product replacement first before a money refund. If your product is defective, send an email with your first and last name, order number and a video or photo proof of the product failure to info@weldbeastusa.com. The company will first review the case to confirm that it is a factory fault. If there really is a fault, the product will be replaced if it is within the 90 days warranty (TIG torches) or 1 year limited warranty (4PRO Series lens). Once the return is confirmed, we will send you the replacement as soon as possible.
Weldbeast USA offers a refund policy for the first 60 days from the date of purchase. To require a return and be eligible for a refund, proof of purchase such as a valid receipt or order number will be requested. The condition of the product must be good (as received) without scratches, tears, cracks or any other mark of normal use and must be in its original packaging. If you meet these requirements to request a refund, please reach us on the Contact Us tab or send an email to info@weldbeastusa.com with all the necessary information described above to be able to obtain a refund.

Customer is responsible for shipping costs of the returned product. Shipping costs are non-refundable, if you receive a refund, the shipping cost of the return will be deducted from the refund amount.
